Ixchel Mazer joined Spaces Commercial in 2019, bringing with her over $175MM in residential, development, and leasing experience. Ixchel began her real estate career on a top earning residential team in Montecito, California. There she worked on vacation rentals, property management, and home sales, most notably El Fureidis (better known as the home from “Scarface”) and represented both buyers and sellers in Santa Barbara. Ixchel then joined the acquisitions team at Dynamic Development in Santa Monica, focusing on development of retail centers in the Southwest and multifamily housing units in the greater Los Angeles region.

Ixchel’s dealings range from Fortune 100 companies to fledgling startups, where she brings innovative solutions, placement strategy, and leasing/sales negotiation experience. Recognized for her ability to create the most cost-effective real estate solutions on behalf of her clients, Ixchel’s focus lies in servicing tenants in technology and professional service firms, with special emphasis on the financial and legal communities. Ixchel gradated from Gonzaga University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. In her free time, Ixchel enjoys yoga, surfing, travel, and writing.
